"Fermentation is where the magic happens"
We gather our local harvested spelt and let it ferment for mostly a week. This is where yeast organisms will eat away the fermentable sugar and turn it into alcohol.Temperature is barely controlled so the grain can develop its full flavour.

Most importantly: we do not import our base grains.

All spelt grains beeing used is from the closest as possible to our distillery.
Spelt has always been grown in our home region and fascinated us.

"Almost a century of knowledge and skill"
What we create after fermentation is called wash (fermented mash). This goes straight into the pot still and is distilled once. A second distillation is done in our six plate column, which takes care of a very pure and ultra soft end product. A seven times distilled spelt brewage is what makes our vodka so godd*mn good!
