THE ESCHBACH RIVER
IN THE HIGH FENS
We went the extra mile to get ourselves pure,
natural mineral water.
pH is diluted with water from the Belgian High Fens,
a region that is known for centuries for the many waterfalls
-and streams and for its exceptional quality of water.
Besides, it is not a coincidence that the great water bottle
companies are located in this area around Spa and Chaudfontaine
as well. The law states that natural mineral water must be bottled
at the source and they are capable of doing so only in the High Fens!
The water travels an average of more than 60 years through different rock layers at a depth of 1,600 meters, naturally filtering it and capturing all kinds of minerals.
SLOW IS GOOD

Robertville
The particular water we use in our vodka is sourced in the area of Robertville.

The rivers "La Warche", "Bayehon" and "Holzwarche" all come together in the "Lac de Robertville" and are partly responsible for the unique character of pH vodka.
WARCHE
BAYEHON
HOLZWARCHE
The exceptional water with which pH is diluted, takes life in the depths of the typical peatlands of the High Fens plateau. It is enriched with mineral salts, acidifies and comes in running streams down the hill sides.
HOW DOES THE WATER FILTER ITSELF?

The High Fens are peatlands, ecosystems form organic material that decomposes incompletely. The impermeability and acidity of this soil gives a limited depth infiltration. Water then comes out of the ground to create many streams. These streams therefore remain in peatlands. This gives an acidic but incredible soft and pure water with few charged mineral elements.

pH Vodka thanks his style to this natural water and is named after this unique phenomenon.
DID YOU
KNOW?
"A spa is a well-known international term given to any place having a natural water source that is believed to possess special health-giving properties and is sometimes synonymous to a glass of water. It bears the name of the town Spa, located in the area of the High Fens in Belgium.
The area around Spa is known as the ‘land of springs’. The name Spa means spring. And water is also the original source of the development of tourism to Spa. In 1717, Tsar Peter the Great settled there for the healing water. Both to drink and to bathe in. The Spa Thermes have been known everywhere ever since.
